Class Information

Cheerleading is a dynamic and fun sport which involves components such as tumbling, jumps, stunting, dance, strength & fitness. There is both a competitive & recreational side to the sport which promotes both friendships & team work to gain the best results.  

All of our cheerleading and tumbling coaches are qualified and experienced but more importantly have a genuine care for children, youth and young people.

Recreation
Classes

Recreational cheerleading is for ages 5 – 15+. Classes are constructed with elements of tumbling, dance, jumps and stunts. Cheerleaders learn routines and choreography as well as correct techniques however do not compete. Fitness, health, fun and team work are the main objectives for this program.

Cheersport
Classes

Cheersport classes are the perfect entry level classes for beginner cheerleaders. These classes offer a low cost and low commitment program for athletes to progress their skills throughout the grades. Cheersport teams compete at up-to 2 competitions per year. 

Competition Cheerleading

Competition cheer classes are for athletes who wish to experience the excitement of competitive cheerleading. Dedication, commitment and a positive attitude are required to train and compete. These teams compete in front of hundreds of spectators locally, interstate and potentially internationally.  We ask competitive athletes to commit to a full season of cheer to take full advantage of the wonderful world of cheer. 

Tumbling Classes

Tumbling classes are essential classes for all competition cheerleaders. 

We offer classes to cater to all levels; 

Tumble 1 – Tumble one is a beginner tumbling class for children wanting to learn basic tumbling skills. Including cartwheels, walkovers, round offs and back-handspring drills, using safe and structured skill progressions. 

Tumble 2 – This class is for intermediate level athletes who are working at perfecting back handsprings, back tucks, punch-fronts and aerials.
